- 1. How do I make a reservation?
- You can make a reservation by telephone or on our website. When you make a reservation by telephone, the room tariff will be the standard price. You will find the discount plan for the reservation only on the website.
- 2. Can I make a reservation on the day I want to stay?
- Yes, you can make a reservation. However, we recommend an early reservation because the room type of your choice may be already occupied.
- 3. Can I wait for a cancellation?
- Unfortunately, we do not have a waitlist. Please feel free to call us for availability.
- 4. Does the guest room have a refrigerator?
- Yes, there is a refrigerator (no freezer function) in the guest rooms. A bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator is complimentary. We provide one bottle of water every day for consecutive nights.
- 5. Do you have a wheelchair-accessible room?
- Yes, we have one Twin Room and one Japanese- and Western-Style Room for the guest who uses a wheelchair. Please feel free to call us for more information.
- 6. Can I extend the checkout time?
- You can extend your checkout time up to 14:00 if you request it at your check-in. An extension fee will be charged upon checkout. But the extension fee will be one night stay beyond 14:00.
- 7. Can I stay at your hotel for a few hours (Day Use)?
- There is no day use plan. It can be used for a short period of time, but you will be charged for one night’s stay.
- 8. How can I get a free shuttle bus to/from JR Huis Ten Bosch station?
- We offer a free shuttle bus service to our sister hotel, Hotel Lorelei, in front of JR Huis Ten Bosch Station with six round trips every day. If you wish to take a shuttle bus, please inform the Central Hotel staff of your departure time and the number of passengers in advance and again at the Hotel Lorelei.

- 1. Can I have a meal?
- Yes, you can have a meal. Breakfast is from 06:30 to 10:00, lunch is from 11:30 to 14:30 (last order), 14:30 to 17:00 is for tea, and dinner is from 17:00 to 22:00 (last order). You can enjoy the meals at the Restaurant Shiki on the 2nd floor. Private rooms can be reserved at additional rates.
- 2. How much are the meals?
- Breakfast is 900 yen for guests (generally, 1,200 yen), lunch and dinner are between 780 yen to 2,000 yen for a set menu. If you would like to have a Kaiseki meal, we will prepare a private room. Kaiseki menu is from 3,500 yen.
- 3. Do you have a buffet style meal?
- Yes, our breakfast is buffet style. There is no all-you-can-eat menu for lunch and dinner.

- 1. Is the internet available in the guest room?
- Yes, it is available. All guest rooms have Free Wi-Fi access. Please ask password at the Front Desk.
- 2. What kind of amenities are on request?
- Iron, humidifier, trouser press, ice pack, thermometer, Go game set, hangers, pillows, blankets, summer duvet, nail clipper, sewing kit, small plates, knives & forks, bottle opener, wine bottle opener, glass, and mug.
- 3. What kind of hotel facilities are available?
- Shared kitchen, vending machine (beverages, cigarettes, snacks, ice), library, self-service laundry, automatic shoe polishing, umbrella vending machine, internet service, and free Wi-Fi.
- 4. Can I print out a document?
- Yes, you can print out a document. Please attach a file to your email or bring a USB to the Front Desk. The charge is 10 yen per sheet (50 yen for color print, 100 yen for color A3).
- 5. Can I send a document by Fax?
- Yes, you can send a document by Fax. Please ask the Front Desk. The charge is 50 yen per sheet.
- 6. Do you have a dry cleaning service?
- Yes, we have a dry cleaning service. Please put dry cleaning in the laundry bag in the drawer of the room and bring it to the Front Desk by 11:00 in the morning. Dry cleaning will be finished around 17:00 on the day. Our dry cleaning service is closed on Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays. We can introduce you to a dry cleaner near the hotel.
- 7. Do you have a self-service laundry?
- Yes, we have a self-service laundry. There are two washing machines and dryers on the 3rd floor. The washing machine is 200 yen/cycle, and the laundry dryer is 100 yen/ cycle. One-time detergent (50 yen) and change are available at the Front Desk. It is for household use. We will introduce a self-service laundry in the vicinity of the hotel for a large amount of laundry.
- 8. Can I send our luggage via courier?
- Yes, you can send your luggage via courier. A shipping slip and a shipping carton are available at the Front Desk. You can choose from Yamato, Sagawa, or Yu-Pack.

- 1. Do you have a hotel shuttle bus?
- We will arrange the shuttle bus for the customer who will attend a banquet or memorial service held at this hotel. Please inquire at the Front Desk for more information. We also have a shuttle bus between the hotel and Huis Ten Bosch station. For more information, please see the item 2 below.
- 2. How to get to Huis Ten Bosch
- We have a free shuttle bus to Huis Ten Bosch Station with six round trips per day. Please take this free shuttle bus. Click here for more information. About 15 minutes on a toll road (150 yen for a car, 100 yen for a mini vehicle). If you take the JR rapid train, the price is 280 yen.
- 3. How to get to Pearl Sea Resort
- About 15 minutes by car or bus (240 yen).
- 4. How to get to Nagasaki
- About 1 hour 20 minutes by car (on a toll road, 2,000 yen or less) or by bus (1,500 yen). About 2 hours by JR rapid train (1,650 yen).
- 5. How to get to Hirado
- 1 hour by car or bus (1,350 yen to Hirado Sanbashi).
